This policy applies only to Rictor products purchased from an authorized Rictor dealer within the United States.

Warranty Coverage & Duration
- Frame & Rigid Fork: Lifetime Warranty
- Battery:400 charge cycles or 2 years from the original purchase date, whichever occurs first.
- All Other Components: 2 years from the original retail purchase date.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Products not purchased from an authorized Rictor dealer in the United States.
- Second-hand, used, or demo-unit purchases.
- Labor costs for assembly, diagnosis, or repair.
- Cosmetic issues, including paint, finish, and graphics.
- Suspension forks or components.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Tires, tubes, and brake pads
- Chains, sprockets, grips, and bearings
- Cables, housings, and stripped threads
- Damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance
- Modifications or alterations not approved by Rictor
- Assembly or repairs performed by a non-authorized mechanic
